MorePeople is recruiting an FP&A Manager for a well-established Northamptonshire-based food manufacturing business to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. This role sits in a busy finance team near Corby.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to turn financial data into actionable insights that support growth, performance and strategic planning. A commercially minded professional with strong modelling skills is required, with experience in budgeting, forecasts and long-term

Qualifications

Proven FP&A or similar commercially focused finance role.
Experience in food manufacturing, or wider manufacturing.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
Ability to interpret and present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
Experience budgeting, forecasts and long term planning processes.
Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead the budgeting process, including annual budgets and ongoing reforecasts.
Manage quarterly forecasting cycles and maintain rolling forecasts.
Support development and delivery of longer term financial plans.
Provide detailed financial analysis and insight to senior management to support decision making.
Produce clear and insightful reports to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Partner with key stakeholders across the business to drive financial understanding and accountability.
