Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd in Coventry is seeking an FP&A and Business Performance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across the business. You will own the development of budgets, forecasts and management information to support decision-making and drive profitability.

You will coach a high-performing FP&A team, deliver timely management information, partner with senior leaders, and drive profitability through robust financial modelling and commercial insight.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience in FP&A, management reporting or business partnering.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
