Morgan McKinley is partnering with a global manufacturing organisation in Milton Keynes to recruit a strategic Head of FP&A. This senior leadership role will drive budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning for the UK entity, acting as a commercial partner to regional leadership, project managers and engineering directors.

You will transform operational data into actionable insights to optimise profitability and guide growth.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified accountant with extensive post-qualification FP&A experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong financial modelling skills and understanding of cost accounting and capital allocation.

Aufgaben

• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term planning for the UK business.
• Build and maintain financial models for investments, capex and expansion.
• Partner with operations to analyse variances, margins and cost drivers.
• Deliver executive commentary, board packs and variance analysis.
• Evaluate profitability to inform pricing and supply chain decisions.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital across UK sites.
• Coach FP&A team and drive continuous process improvement.
