Dreams Ltd in Bedquarters, High Wycombe, is seeking an FP&A Manager to shape budgeting, forecasting and performance insights. You will partner with business leaders and the C-suite to drive accuracy, challenge assumptions, and guide the business toward its strategic and financial goals.

The role reports to the Head of FP&A and offers a clear path to management as the team grows, with responsibility for forecasting cycles, reporting enhancements and business partnering across the organisation.

Mansioni

• Own and deliver the annual Budget and formal Reforecasts, consolidating a complete company view.
• Own the monthly Forecast to Group, ensuring accurate, timely submission of results, drivers and commentary in line with Group timelines and expectations.
• Lead planning cycles with clear timetables, frameworks, assumptions and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide robust challenge to business plans and performance drivers to ensure ambitious but realistic projections.
• Develop scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
