A long-established manufacturing business in Northampton is seeking a qualified FP&A Accountant. This role supports the Finance Director in budgeting, forecasting, and cash management while collaborating with operational teams. Candidates should have FP&A experience and strong systems skills in Excel or PowerBI. The position offers competitive compensation of £55k to £60k plus a 15% bonus, working on-site with some flexibility.

• Experience in management accounting or commercial finance.

• Ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking.
