Job summary

Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the Group’s end-to-end planning, budgeting and forecasting across Bettys, Taylors and Group functions. You will own the integrated view of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow and drive strong financial storytelling for senior leadership.

The role sits at the heart of Group decision-making, with responsibility for governance, standardisation and the evolution of reporting, metrics and scenario

Qualifications

• Professional accountancy qualification required.
• Experience leading FP&A in FMCG or multisite environments.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Group planning, budgeting and forecasting across the organisation.
• Lead monthly management reporting, boards packs, dashboards and commentary.
• Develop and improve planning models and forward-looking scenario planning.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to produce data dashboards linking financial and non-financial measures.
