Job summary

Bettys & Taylors is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead planning, budgeting and forecasting across the group. Based at the Plumpton Park site in Harrogate with hybrid working options, you will own the end-to-end cycle and deliver integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash flow insights to support senior decision-making.

Qualifications

• Professional accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CPA) or equivalent finance expertise.
• Significant experience in leading financial planning and reporting in a multisite environment.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting across a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Group planning, budgeting and forecasting agenda via Integrated Business Planning.
• Set planning cycles, deadlines, methodologies and assumptions across Bettys, Taylors and Group functions.
• Produce an integrated view of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow for the Group.
• Lead and develop a high-performing planning and reporting team with strong modelling and storytelling.
• Establish Group standards, governance and modelling guidance for planning and reporting.
• Partner with Data and Analytics to deliver dashboards linking financial and non-financial measures.
• Lead monthly management reporting, Board packs and commentary detailing performance drivers and risks.
• Oversee Group-wide IBP and drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Support strategic decisions via scenario planning and forward-looking models.
