Job summary

Bettys & Taylors is seeking a Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership across the Bettys & Taylors Group in Harrogate. You will sit on the leadership teams, translating complex analysis into commercial insight and coaching teams to deliver sustained growth.

You will partner with Taylors Finance Director to build a high-impact finance business partnering function, shaping governance, capital allocation and performance across the group.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional accountant with leadership experience.
• Experience in FMCG/retail multisite environments preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate analysis into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to the Bettys Leadership Team.
• Translate financial analysis into commercial insight and recommendations.
• Co-lead Group finance business partnering with Taylors Finance Director.
• Develop a high-performing finance team culture with accountability and improvement.
• Shape growth strategy and evaluate opportunities, investments and capex.
• Lead performance reviews, forecasting, variance analysis and commentary.
