Zenith Group, the UK's leading independent leasing and fleet management provider, is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to nurture corporate partnerships and drive value across your portfolio.

You will work with senior stakeholders to tailor strategies, lead reviews, and retain and expand contracts by delivering across Sales, Operations and Finance. This role offers visibility and impact across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer relationships within B2B fleet/leasing.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial focus with ability to balance customer needs and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of Corporate customers, building strong relationships.
• Understand customer objectives and priorities to support retention and growth.
• Lead reviews, governance sessions and performance discussions with clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow fleet size and engagement with Zenith's services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product and Finance to deliver outcomes.
• Own customer actions through to resolution and provide reporting.
