Job summary

Zenith in Leeds is seeking an Account Executive to join the Account Management team. You will develop client relationships, analyse data, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across a portfolio of accounts.

As part of the role, you will produce reports, conduct reviews, and help drive service excellence while supporting commercial value and growth for Zenith’s customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience working in a customer-focused environment.
• Account management experience.
• Strong administration and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse data.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience working to KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Produce management information and reports to support requirements.
• Conduct customer reviews, lead meetings, and prepare review packs.
• Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and fleet efficiencies.
• Support department budgets, KPIs, SLAs, and targets.
• Maintain systems, records and documentation accurately.
• Manage customer queries and resolve issues to deliver positive outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to maximise value for customers and growth.
• Serve as a role model for customer service excellence and mentor colleagues.
