Job summary

Zenith is seeking a Fleet Administrator to track and progress vehicle defects and repairs across our nationwide supplier network. You’ll work with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and service levels remain high.

The role requires excellent communication, strong admin experience, and a proactive approach to handling inquiries. A competitive benefits package is offered with deadlines and service levels to maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service and telephone handling experience.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• GCSEs in English and Maths.
• Experience in a similar admin or customer-focused role.
• Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and progress vehicle repair and maintenance jobs.
• Liaise with suppliers for updates and challenge delays.
• Maintain accurate records and job notes in systems.
• Update customers on repair status and ETA.
• Handle inbound enquiries by phone and email.
• Escalate issues and source alternatives when delays occur.
• Collaborate with Fleet Operations to deliver service.
• Support management of breakdown and emergency repairs.
