Job summary

F5 is seeking a Senior Account Executive in the UK to lead multi-year strategic engagements with top financial services accounts. You will build executive sponsorships, map stakeholders across business and IT, and orchestrate internal resources to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, capacity to navigate complex organisations, and success in growing long-term relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and line-of-business leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to UK Financial Services customers and regulators.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MEDDPICC and complex sales cycles in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned to customer priorities and regulatory initiatives.
• Establish stakeholder maps across business, operations, risk, and IT leadership.
• Create executive sponsorship programs strengthening strategic alignment.
• Act as trusted advisor, understanding objectives, market pressures, and competition.
• Identify opportunities for measurable business value beyond product requirements.
• Lead virtual account teams across Sales, Solution Engineering, CS, and Partner orgs.
