Voy, a leading preventive healthcare platform, is seeking a Growth Finance Analyst to partner with Commercial & Growth and drive strategic decisions. You will own LTV/CAC analysis across clinical pathways and geographies, building frameworks to assess channel performance and portfolio efficiency.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an investment bank, consulting firm or a similar growth-stage tech company.
- Experience partnering with leaders across an organization to drive commercial decisions.
Responsabilités
- Own LTV/CAC analysis across clinical pathways and geographies, building the analytical foundation that drives acquisition investment decisions.
- Partner with the Growth team to evaluate, allocate and optimise paid media capital and assess channel performance.
- Build and stress-test business cases for new strategic investments, from entering new geographies to launching clinical pathways.
- Drive capital allocation decisions across the P&L and determine where to double down or pull back.
- Lead commercial performance analysis and translate targets into actionable growth plans.
