Job summary

Voy is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to partner with leaders across Commercial, Product, Supply Chain, Operations and Clinical. In this office-first role, you’ll own planning, performance analysis and the month-end close, while influencing strategic decisions.

Based in Borough, London, you’ll interact with non-finance stakeholders daily and help build a scalable FP&A function. You’ll bring 4+ years in FP&A within a growth-stage tech environment, strong modelling skills, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A experience in a growth-stage tech company.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across the organisation.
• Proactive and ownership-driven with ability to drive initiatives.
• Advanced financial modelling and big data analysis skills.
• Professional finance qualifications advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Supply Chain, Operations and Clinical to drive decision making and prioritisation.
• Support group-wide planning and performance, resource allocation and ROI maximisation.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs with KPIs, variance analysis and commentary.
• Collaborate with Finance to support month-end close and ensure consistency in FP&A outputs.
• Drive improvements to FP&A processes, templates, and dashboards.
