Voy is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to own top-priority initiatives in our Obesity category. You will shape growth, refine commercial and product strategy, and drive go-to-market execution that improves patient journeys and business impact.

You will work across product, clinical, marketing, and tech teams to design scalable processes, optimize pricing, and expand reach with patient-centric solutions in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, growth, or product roles, healthcare/digital preferred.
• Experience scaling customer-facing propositions—from strategy to execution.
• Strong commercial acumen with pricing, financial modelling, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through bold, customer-focused initiatives in obesity category.
• Lead pricing, margin, and LTV strategies with data-backed models.
• Develop GTM plans with marketing to accelerate adoption and engagement.
• Shape product roadmap with product, clinical, and tech teams.
• Build scalable processes for operational excellence at scale.
• Test, learn, and iterate to improve commercial and product outcomes.
