Voy is seeking a commercially-minded Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale growth across paid, organic, product, and clinical experiences. You will shape how women discover, engage with care, and drive sustainable acquisition, conversion, and retention.

You'll work across marketing, product, CRM, creative, and data teams, owning the full growth funnel and testing ambitious initiatives to improve ROI and lifetime value.

Formación

• Experience in growth or performance marketing within fast-growing DTC, consumer tech, healthtech, or subscription business.
• Hands-on expertise managing and scaling paid acquisition channels: Meta, Google, affiliates, etc.
• Commercial mindset with full-funnel growth thinking (acquisition to retention).
• Strong data-driven decision making and hypothesis testing.

Responsabilidades

• Own growth performance across funnel, CAC, and scalable revenue growth.
• Lead paid channels and optimize search, social, and affiliates.
• Identify new growth opportunities across channels, landing pages, pricing, messaging, flows, and clinical pathways.
• Collaborate with CRM to improve lead capture, nurture journeys, retention, and LTV.
• Build a structured experimentation roadmap for acquisition, CRO, and product experiences.
• Define attribution frameworks, metrics, and reporting with cohort analysis and funnel diagnostics.
• Translate insights into recommendations for senior stakeholders and roadmap prioritisation.
• Collaborate with product, creative, data, and strategy teams on initiatives.
