Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Field Technical Consultant to join the EMEA Delivery team in Farnborough. You will act as a trusted advisor for strategic customers, owning escalations and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with customers, support, and account teams to deliver effective service delivery, analyze trends, and drive improvements across the support lifecycle. Travel to customer sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with endpoint management and deployment technologies.
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders up to C-level.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor and customer advocate across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end escalations between customers, support engineers, software teams and field service specialists to drive issue resolution.
• Own communication and stakeholder management across multiple teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Investigate complex technical issues, analyze root causes, and oversee problem-solving activities for timely resolution.
• Prepare and deliver post-incident reviews and executive reports with clear insights and actions.
• Monitor service performance and identify trends through data analysis to drive improvements.
• Drive proactive maintenance and prevention initiatives using PC and Cloud tech knowledge.
• Lead continuous improvement and complex service delivery activities to meet contractual commitments.
