Qualifications
Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to a senior leader.
Ability to research, analyze and present material clearly.
Experience of coaching and developing others is advantageous.
Responsibilities
Manage travel, hospitality requests, and accommodations.
Day-to-day diary management and email monitoring.
Produce documents and reports to a high standard.
Support management of controllable costs.
Provide leadership to Personal Assistants in the Executive Committee.
