Presidents Summit in London seeks an operations-focused professional to own the end-to-end execution of our conferences. You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the attendee experience for 10 European private equity conferences a year.

Based in our London HQ, you’ll ship complex events under tight deadlines, build strong supplier relationships and lead a 40-person on-site volunteer team. Training provided; internal promotion encouraged.

Formación

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• UK work permit required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Source, compare and select best suppliers for event needs.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners and after-hours activities.
• Coordinate with venue staff and provide on-site event support.
• Hire, train and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
