Qualifikationen

• Strong Employee Relations experience with the confidence to manage complex cases independently.
• Proactive and commercially minded approach.
• Ability to influence, coach and constructively challenge managers.
• Experience reviewing and improving HR processes and policies.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using people data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Resilient approach and comfort handling difficult conversations.

Aufgaben

• Managing end-to-end employee relations caseloads including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
• Coaching managers to build capability and manage issues confidently.
• Lead on policy development and process improvement.
• Produce and analyse people data and MI to support decision-making.
• Support SMCR and regulatory people processes.
• Drive operational improvements and reduce unnecessary administration.
• Support people initiatives focused on culture, engagement and performance.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI and technology within HR.
• Act as a key point of contact for managers and employees across the business.
