Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an ER & Operations Lead to drive Employee Relations and People Operations across a multi-site organisation, acting as the first point of contact for complex ER matters while supporting policy, governance and compliance.

You will partner with managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality people service, oversee lifecycle processes and drive continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations background.
• Experience within HR Operations, Shared Services or People Partnering.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• SMCR experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the lead contact for complex Employee Relations matters
• Coaching and supporting managers through disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability cases
• Overseeing people processes across the full employee lifecycle
• Maintaining and developing HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks
• Supporting risk, compliance and regulatory activities, including SMCR requirements
• Analysing people data and trends to drive continuous improvement
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
