I'm recruiting for a newly created ER & Operations Lead. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you'll be involved in everything from complex employee relations and manager coaching through to people operations, governance, process improvement and wider people projects.
The People team is going through an exciting period of change. They are looking for someone who enjoys challenging the status quo, improving ways of working and partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.
You'll become the go-to person for Employee Relations, leading a varied caseload of formal and informal matters including performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability cases. Rather than simply advising from a distance, you'll work closely with managers to coach them through challenges, build capability and ensure issues are managed confidently and consistently.
Alongside ER, you'll take ownership of key People Operations activities, partnering with colleagues across payroll, recruitment, policy, compliance and governance. You'll play a central role in ensuring people processes are effective, compliant and fit for the future.
