Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting an ER Specialist to join a national organisation based in the Midlands for a six-month interim role. The position is hybrid, largely home-based with occasional travel to site to support complex cases and team meetings.

You will work in an ER team, reporting to a Senior ER Manager, handling high-volume, complex employee relations caseloads, restructures, and organisational change projects.

Ideal candidates will have ER experience with complex cases and change projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR support on ER matters including complex cases
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers to facilitate early resolution of employee relations issues
• Deliver training programs for managers and employees on ER topics
• Provide support on organisation change projects such as restructures and organisational change
