Pro-Connexions is seeking an HR Advisor / HR People Partner based in Solihull, near Birmingham, to support and implement the People Strategy with some travel across locations to build strong relationships with line managers and colleagues.

As HR Advisor / HR People Partner you will lead people projects and provide HR guidance and support, ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation, while managing Employee Relations caseloads to minimise business risk.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on grievance, redundancies, disciplinaries, TUPE and employment tribunals.
• Ability to provide HR guidance ensuring best practice and legal compliance.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with quick turnaround on tasks.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.

As HR Advisor / HR People Partner you will be leading people projects and providing HR guidance and support ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation.

Successful HR Advisor / HR People Partner will have proven experience with providing advice and guidance on matters including grievance, redundancies, disciplinaries, TUPE and employment tribunals to minimise business risk and be able to manage Employee Relations (ER) caseloads.

As HR Advisor / HR People Partner you would come from a similar background, strong organisational and problem solving skills, preferably with a CIPD qualification and the ability to complete complex task s and projects quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.
