Job summary

Shopify Inc. is seeking an Enterprise SDR to drive qualified pipeline in Shopify’s EMEA segment. You will research complex accounts, map buying groups, and create personalised outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, gifting, and partner motions.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives & Marketing to build qualified pipeline while protecting the prospect experience and avoiding overlap in outreach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required for all roles.
• Native or bilingual level in Italian and either Spanish or French is required.

Responsibilities

• Build account-level hypotheses using signals across business, technology, engagement, and relationships.
• Map and validate multiple stakeholders across ecommerce, digital, payments, finance, retail operations, IT, and leadership.
• Create personalised multichannel outreach.
• Activate plays across priority prospects and engaged accounts.
• Run early qualification to understand fit, priorities, stakeholders, timing, and decision process.
• Deliver actionable handoffs to AEs to advance opportunities.
• Coordinate with account teams to prevent duplication or fatigue.
• Test new approaches and share market feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and measure pipeline progression.
