Job summary

Talon.One is seeking an Enterprise Technical Account Manager to lead the technical integration of our API-driven promotion engine for enterprise clients across the Americas. You will own onboarding, monitor API usage, and work with Engineering and Customer Success to resolve issues and drive value.

You will manage expectations, explore partnerships, and help expand our ecosystem, ensuring customer success and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience owning API integrations end-to-end for enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes enterprise relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical integration of our API-driven platform into client ecosystems.
• Troubleshoot recurring issues and drive escalations to resolution.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive retention and growth.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering to deliver strong client experiences.
• Design and improve onboarding processes and explore new tech partnerships.
