• Diagnose issues like SAML integration or CI/CD pipelines and coordinate with specialists.
• Engage with Solutions Architects and cross-functional teams to unblock progress.
• Assess account health data to forecast renewal risk and plan next actions.
• Explain technical issues to developers, security leaders, and executives clearly.
• Develop reusable playbooks and tools to speed future customer success.
