Job summary

Firstwork in London is seeking an enterprise sales professional to unlock UK and European markets, targeting care homes, logistics, retail and facilities management across multiple sites and countries with varied rules.

You will engage Group HR Directors, CPOs, CFOs and Operations Directors, build compelling business cases, and navigate security and procurement with our AI deployment and consulting partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years professional experience with at least 3 years closing new business.
• Proven ability to open named enterprise accounts and convert them into funded initiatives.
• Closed six-figure deals through security review and procurement.
• Experience selling to group-level buyers (Group HR Director, CPO, CFO, Operations Director).
• Experience selling HR, workforce or care technology; knowledge of CQC regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Willingness to operate across UK and Europe; languages such as German, French, Dutch, Spanish or Italian are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own named enterprise accounts and convert meetings into funded initiatives.
• Map buying group across HR, procurement, security, data protection and HRIS.
• Build and present business cases on labour, compliance and agency costs; navigate security review and procurement.
• Land in one site or department and expand site by site and country by country.
• Sell alongside AI Deployment Specialists, forward-deployed engineers and consulting partners.
