Ocado Commercial in Hatfield is seeking an Account Manager to drive online growth for our Partners, owning strategy and delivering commercial success with international scope.

The role requires extensive travel to Saudi Arabia; it is hybrid, with 2 days in UK head office and 3 days from home. You will build strong partner relationships and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to align KPIs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; Arabic highly preferred; other European languages desirable.
• Experience in e-commerce growth, retail or strategy/consulting, or hypergrowth contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own partnership strategy aligned with ecommerce goals and growth.
• Interface with partner and coordinates internal teams to meet KPIs.
• Provide actionable growth recommendations and leverage OSP features.
