Ocado Group in the UK is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth for partner online businesses. The role involves shaping partnership strategy, delivering agreed goals, and coordinating with internal teams to maximise market share and efficiency.

You will travel extensively, including Saudi Arabia, and work in a hybrid setup with two days at the Hatfield head office and three days remotely. Strong analytics and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required. Arabic is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in developing online growth strategies for complex logistics or DTC businesses.
• Experience in retail/strategy consulting, hypergrowth environments, and data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own partnership strategy aligned with the partner's e-commerce goals to grow market share and optimise operations.
• Oversee delivery of partnership goals with internal teams and ensure support to meet targets.
• Act as primary Ocado interface for partner relationship, handling escalations and negotiations.
• Identify opportunities to deepen partner relationships through business cases, commercial negotiations and implementation.
• Provide data-driven insights and regular reporting on growth trends to internal and partner stakeholders.
• Ensure partners utilise Ocado Platform (OSP) features to drive growth and profitability.
