Job summary

Ocado Group in Hatfield is seeking a Partner Growth Executive to influence growth for European retail partners using the Ocado Smart Platform. You will align with partner ecommerce, marketing and tech teams to drive acquisition, retention and basket size.

The role requires consulting on growth projects, leveraging data-driven insights and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders while leveraging central growth specialists for support.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English essential and one other European language desirable (French, Spanish, Polish, Swedish).
• Bias to action and ability to design data-driven strategies with secure implementation.
• Stakeholder and relationship-building skills, team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in performance marketing or commercial/trading in a direct-to-consumer business.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver growth strategy for assigned Partner(s) to improve customer acquisition, retention, order growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with partner ecommerce, marketing and technology teams to align growth priorities.
• Use growth data to identify trends, deliver actionable recommendations to Partners and internal teams.
• Translate partner objectives into clear growth initiatives and optimise OSP utilization.
