Qualifications

• Proven track record in online growth strategies for direct-to-consumer with complex logistics.
• Experience in retail, strategy consulting, or hypergrowth environments.
• Strong data usage to drive customer journey insights and business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own partnership strategy to grow partner online business.
• Oversight of delivery of partnership goals with cross-functional teams.
• Interface between Ocado and partners for relationship management and escalations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve growth and profitability for partners.
