Job summary

Ipsen Biopharm Ltd is seeking a Director of Business Management for CDO to lead portfolio oversight, workforce capacity planning and financial governance on a global scale.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations, you will partner with Finance, Portfolio Management and regional leaders to drive data-driven decision making, scenario planning and strategic investments that align with Ipsen’s R&D objectives.

Qualifications

• Typically 10-12+ years of relevant experience in clinical development operations, R&D business operations, portfolio or capacity planning, financial planning or related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in global matrix organisations.
• Proven ability to develop workforce planning and resource management processes.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning experience.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CDO Business Management function including portfolio oversight, workforce planning, financial management, governance and business performance.
• Deliver scenario planning, consolidated forecasting, budget oversight and executive reporting.
• Provide leadership to a team of business management professionals and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Develop resource forecasts and mitigation strategies across global functions and geographies.
• Partner with Finance to develop operating plans, forecasts and long-range projections.
• Drive governance, transparency and data-driven decision making across CDO.
