Ipsen Biopharm Ltd. seeks a CDO Country Cluster Head for Western Europe, delivering country-level operations across the clinical trial lifecycle.

You will oversee feasibility, site management, RBQM and inspection readiness, partnering with global functions and FSP providers to ensure timely delivery and data quality. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive continuous improvement, and maintain sponsor oversight while building strong investigator relationships and ensuring regulatory

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years in Clinical Trials and Clinical Operations leadership.
• Proven ability to lead country/cluster level operational delivery.
• Experience with RBQM, risk-based monitoring and inspections.

• Provide end‑to‑end oversight of country operations within an FSP model.
• Lead study, site management and monitoring across a Western Europe cluster.
