Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead global clinical development programs, guiding CPMs, CMLs and CTAs. The role shapes the clinical development plan, oversees operations and partnerships, and drives efficiency and cross-functional collaboration across assets.

A strong track record in oncology programs and global submissions is essential. The CPD will manage resource planning, timelines, budgets, and risk, partnering with TA CDMs, Biostats, and external SPs to deliver milestones

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Clinical Operations experience in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Strong knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICH guidelines and GCP.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and global programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global clinical development programs and supervise CPMs, CMLs, and CTAs.
• Oversee design and strategy of Clinical Development Plans and resource budgets.
• Manage relationships with CROs and external partners; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
