Ipsen Biopharm Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a Director, Business Management for Clinical Development Operations. You will own portfolio demand, workforce capacity and financial plans, partnering with senior leaders to enable evidence-based decisions on resource deployment.

You will lead a small team, drive governance, forecasting, and performance reporting across global CDO functions, and shape the operating model to support strategic priorities and delivery across geographies.

Qualifications

• Typically 10-12+ years of relevant experience in clinical development operations or R&D business operations.
• Significant leadership experience in global matrix organisations.
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA/MSc/PhD) and strong financial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-grade workforce planning and resource management frameworks across CDO.
• Provide governance, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Partner with Finance, HR and Portfolio Management to align priorities with organizational goals.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and develop management reporting for executive reviews.
• Coach and develop a team of business-management professionals.
