Job summary

Ipsen Ltd is seeking a senior Business Process Lead to oversee end-to-end Clinical Development processes. The role drives strategy, governance, performance monitoring and continuous improvement to optimise clinical operations and quality outcomes.

You will align process objectives with R&D, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and champion system integration to enhance efficiency and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in GXP within clinical research.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations processes and SOPs governing clinical research activities.
• Minimum 4 years in development, management and leadership of Clinical Operations Business Process.

Responsibilities

• Define Clinical Development Process Objectives and governance aligned with R&D strategy and KPIs.
• Establish policies and ensure adherence; identify risks and mitigations.
• Track KPIs and report process performance to leadership and asset teams.
