Job summary

Ipsen is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the cross-functional clinical study team and external CROs. You will manage study delivery, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with the Ipsen Medical Development Director and global partners.

The role requires extensive CRO management, strategic direction with CDPD, and ensuring compliance with GCPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards across global trials.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required for global collaboration and communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or medical field preferred.
• Experience managing international clinical research programs and CROs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional leadership and execution of study activities within budget and timelines.
• Lead and streamline clinical study processes from start-up to CSR in line with GCPs and Ipsen SOPs.
• Coordinate with SPs, investigators and internal teams to ensure regulatory, safety and data evaluation requirements are met.
