Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Demand Planning Assistant for its Homewares team in Knightsbridge. You will support the Demand Planner to maintain accurate forecasting, fulfilment, and stock management across multiple retail channels, including stores and online platforms.

You will work with Buying, Merchandising, Retail and Supply Chain teams to improve product availability and planning accuracy. The role offers hybrid working with a mix of on-site and remote days depending on business need.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Demand Planning, Merchandising, Buying, or similar retail support role.
• Strong Excel and PC skills, with experience using SAP considered highly advantageous.
• Excellent numeracy, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of demand forecasts and fulfilment plans across multiple retail channels.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, analyse performance reports, and help identify opportunities to improve planning effectiveness.
• Manage replenishment and master data within SAP, ensuring accuracy and supporting optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate stock management activities, including purchase order administration, supplier communications, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support forecasting, fulfilment, and overall business performance.
