Job summary

Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser in the Fashion division to support planning, trading and stock management across your product area. You will work with Buying and other teams to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and help drive sales, margin and availability.

You may be on-site or hybrid; our policy offers a mix of on-site and home working with three days on-site when needed. You will also deputise for Merchandiser and build strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience in fashion retail.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Excel and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating seasonal and in‑season plans, forecasts and analysis.
• Analyse performance to optimise sales, margin and availability.
• Prepare weekly and monthly trading reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate intake and delivery schedules and resolve shipment issues.
• Support Merchandiser and junior staff to maintain a high performing team.
