As a Demand Planning Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Demand Planner to maintain accurate forecasting, fulfilment, and stock management across the Homewares category. Working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Retail, and Supply Chain teams, you will help drive planning accuracy, improve product availability, and support the smooth flow of stock across stores, online channels, and regional sites. Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs. Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.
You will be a highly organised and analytical individual who enjoys working with data and collaborating with a range of stakeholders. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and accuracy are essential, and you'll be confident balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. You will take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges and be comfortable communicating with colleagues and suppliers at all levels. A genuine interest in retail and a desire to contribute to the success of a high-performing team will help you excel in this role.
