Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Leader in London to drive inbound performance and supplier engagement. You will lead a team of Coordinators, collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, Finance and IT to ensure accurate forecasting and delivery planning across the supplier network.

You will analyse data to identify trends, optimise warehouse capacity, monitor freight performance, and deliver continuous improvement across operations.

• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple levels.
• Experience working with suppliers, performance metrics and SLAs.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of Coordinators to maintain inbound delivery information and support warehouse planning.
• Support onboarding and engagement of suppliers via the Supplier Portal and cross-functional collaboration with Buying, Merchandising, Finance and IT.
• Monitor freight forwarder performance, identify opportunities for efficiency and service improvement.
• Produce insight and performance reporting to support supplier engagement and broader supply chain decisions.
• Deputise for the Supply Chain Planning Manager and drive operational projects with a proactive, collaborative approach.
