Boots UK is looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee a portfolio of IT projects. You will lead a multidisciplinary delivery team, align projects with business priorities, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with senior stakeholder engagement.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage RAID, and coach project teams to improve ways of working within a hybrid work environment. This role requires strong communication and robust PM qualifications.

Formación

• Proven experience in managing the successful delivery of multiple IT projects.
• Expertise in IT project delivery methodologies, including Agile.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Project management qualification such as APMP, PRINCE2, or MSP.
• Commercial awareness and supplier management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead longer-term resource planning in collaboration with Business Relationship Managers.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of projects within timescale, cost, and quality criteria.
• Manage day-to-day resources within the team to deliver approved work.
• Proactively manage portfolio-level Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID).
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their priorities.
• Ensure compliance with project delivery methodologies and processes.
• Validate and approve estimates for all projects to ensure value for money.
• Coach and develop project teams to improve ways of working.
