Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking a Delivery & Solutions Manager to support targeted data and technology initiatives across the portfolio. This role blends business analysis and project management, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and tech teams to translate needs into actionable delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM role.
Experience operating across Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid delivery methods.
Delivery of technology or transformation initiatives.
Requirements gathering and process mapping (as-is / to-be).
Experience with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support planning, coordination, and execution of targeted technology initiatives.
Track progress against milestones, highlight risks, dependencies and blockers.
Maintain delivery artefacts (plans, RAID logs, status updates).
Prepare updates for programme and leadership forums.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned delivery.
Ensure work is scoped, estimated and sequenced.
