• Experience delivering IT demand and small changes or BAU tech delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience with infrastructure or technology teams in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound technology demand from initial request through to delivery.
• Assess, scope, prioritise, and schedule small change and BAU projects.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, costs, and delivery timescales.
• Coordinate internal technology teams and third-party suppliers.
• Oversee supplier delivery, governance, budgets, POs, and performance.
• Act as a link between technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Drive improvements across demand, change, and delivery processes.
