International Schools Partnership Limited seeks a Delivery & Solutions Manager to bridge business and technical teams, shaping requirements and delivery across the technology portfolio. You will support planning, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes requirements-driven delivery, process mapping, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Group Head of Delivery & Portfolio within ISP’s technology portfolio.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a BA/PM or hybrid BA/PM role.
• Experience across Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid.
• Experience delivering technology or transformation initiatives.
• Experience gathering requirements and mapping processes.
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery Support: plan, coordinate and execute initiatives; track progress and blockers.
• Business Analysis: lead requirements gathering and document clear requirements; ensure traceability.
• Process Mapping: map current and future processes; identify gaps and improvements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: liaise with stakeholders, run workshops, manage expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: contribute to standardisation and better delivery practices.
