Job summary

Whitestone Resourcing is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee a portfolio of technology projects and customer solutions across the UK. You will lead a team of Project Managers and PMO professionals, ensuring delivery from initiation through to implementation and handover, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading teams in project/service delivery or operations.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project delivery methodology.
• Experience delivering technology, infrastructure, software, telecommunications, security or public-sector projects.
• Ability to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
• Technology implementation or deployment environments.
• CCTV, security systems or smart infrastructure sectors.
• Public-sector or local authority customers.
• Service delivery and operational governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers and PMO staff.
• Act as a senior point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive successful delivery of technology implementation and deployment projects.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure effective project governance and delivery controls are maintained.
• Support forecasting, planning and reporting activities.
• Work closely with technical, operational and commercial teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and customer experience.
