Carrier Global Corporation in London is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive new business and expand strategic relationships across data centre customers in UK & Ireland. You will coordinate with engineering, operations and project management to ensure delivery from order to commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience in Key Account Management within data-centre infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing large, complex accounts and delivering targets.
• Willingness to travel and work with regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue net-new opportunities across hyperscaler, colocation, edge, enterprise and replacement cycles.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic and hyperscaler accounts; build strong relationships.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and Project Management to ensure delivery from order to commissioning.
• Build and maintain a robust, insight-led pipeline and backlog aligned to an account plan.
• Run a disciplined prospecting cadence to open new buying centres and projects.
• Represent Carrier at industry events to build brand and pipeline.
