Job summary

Leeds Building Society is seeking a D365 Principal Architect to set the enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will drive governance, design principles and guardrails to ensure secure, scalable adoption across the organisation.

You will collaborate with business, transformation and technology teams to translate strategic opportunities into measurable value and align solutions with the Society's long-term platform strategy.

Qualifications

• Established architecture leadership across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in a complex environment, preferably financial services or regulated sectors.
• Deep knowledge of platform architecture, governance, security and lifecycle management.
• Proven product thinking with experience shaping demand and prioritising roadmaps and backlogs.
• Experience connecting technology investment to business capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Clear communication of complex concepts to senior leaders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the Society-wide strategy, target architecture and multi-year roadmap for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Establish governance, design principles and guardrails for secure, scalable adoption and best-practice guidance.
• Collaborate across business, transformation and technology teams to ensure alignment with long-term platform strategy.
