Job summary

Leeds Building Society is seeking a Power Platform Lead to govern and operate the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 services. You will guide design decisions, manage environments, and releases while ensuring security and scalability to meet evolving business needs.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with IT, business teams and suppliers, drive continual improvement, and provide leadership to delivery teams, citizen developers and vendors. The role supports a flexible, purpose-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Strong Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE knowledge with admin, governance and operational support.
• Experience with environments, tenant settings, and Dataverse capacity.
• Experience in security, RBAC, compliance, audit, and DLP controls.
• Ability to manage application lifecycle across dev/test/UAT/prod using Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation, administration and governance of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 services.
• Ensure security, compliance, scalability and readiness to meet business needs.
• Guide design decisions, manage environments and releases, monitor platform health.
• Collaborate across IT, business teams and suppliers to bridge technology and business.
• Provide line management and stakeholder guidance to delivery teams and vendors.
